SIMULTANEOUS SUBMISSIONS POLICY

To uphold the integrity of scholarly publishing and ensure fairness in peer review, this journal strictly prohibits simultaneous or duplicate submissions.

Authors must ensure that their manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere—either in whole or in part—at the time of submission to this journal.

Investigation and Action

If the editorial office is notified of a simultaneous or duplicate submission:

• manuscript processing will be paused
• an investigation will be conducted according to recognized ethical procedures
• the author(s) may be requested to provide clarification

If duplicate submission is confirmed, the manuscript will be rejected without further review. Additional actions may be taken as appropriate, including restrictions on future submissions for a defined period in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Author Responsibility

Authors are strongly advised to disclose:

• related submissions
• overlapping manuscripts
• preprints
• conference abstracts or presentations

Failure to disclose relevant overlap may result in ethical investigation and corrective action.
